I found that shopping for Christmas on foot helped me keep it local this year. It's amazing what you see when you have more time to look at what you are walking past (windows, shops, advertising fliers).

Thanks for the reminder before the holidays. It helped me be more deliberate with my choices, and I felt like my gifts meant more to my family.
