Repower America Volunteers Needed - 40 Days to Earth Day Action!

On September 20, 1969, Senator Gaylord Nelson announced plans for a nation-wide environmental teach-in. “I am convinced,” he said, “that all we need to do to bring an overwhelming insistence of the new generation that we stem the tide of environmental disaster is to present the facts clearly and dramatically.
