Lincoln Green Scene

Lincoln, NE: sharing what "green" we have to attract what we lack.

Does anyone have any ideas of how to get a large company to change over from styro-foam cups in the cafeteria? Are there any better alternatives that they might consider? We currently go through thousands daily. There has to be a better way.....

Tracy, do they allow you to bring and use your own cups/mugs?

Also, you might want to contact WasteCap Nebraska for some suggestions. There are also several commercial recycling services in Lincoln that might provide guidance. One issue might be the "tainted with food bits" question.
