Lincoln Green Scene

Lincoln, NE: sharing what "green" we have to attract what we lack.

I need a few ideas for veggie smoothies. No dairy.

Like, image two quarts of water is your base. What ingredients to I put in the blender with water that taste good together? All I have been able to do is like SALAD. Lettuce, tomato, beet, garlic clove, and good salt and pepper.

That's where my inspiration stops.

It is really good for guts, so I'm trying to drink them at least more often than once a week. :) Variety would be awesome.

This is what I had for breakfast today.....
one beet, one pear, approx. 1/4 cup parsley and water. It was surprisingly tasty and a little sweet from the pear.
I have been drinking fruit/veggie smoothies everyday for the last couple of weeks and I can feel the difference in my energy.
