This event is open to anyone who is interested in local food production or consumption. The agenda is packed with powerful speakers and helpful information. Diana Endicott from the Good Natured Family Farms near Kansas City, will speak about how they have managed to distribute local foods into grocery stores an restaurants. Diana has truly been a pioneer in this area and will be there to share her experiences. There will also be a Nebraska producer panel who will share their trials and successes along with Judy Gilliard the radio host for the Judy ala carte show. Finally, John Ikerd from Missouri will speak about local foods sustainability and profitability. This will be a very fun and informative event!!!
